My Vision for ROA... I believe there is untapped potential within ROA as we move into our Second Century. If elected as your 84th President, I will work to unleash that potential by engaging broadly with our members, serving Reservists, their families, and their employers. As the professional organization for all Reservists, ROA must be the first organization that Reserve Component Service members, the Pentagon, and Congress connect with on any issue that concerns the Reserve Force, their family, and/or employers as it intersects with needs of the nation. My vision is that ROA will remain Relevant, Optimized for action so we may continue to Advocate for the Citizen-Soldier, their family and employer. The Reserve Organization of America... * Continuously strives to be Relevant, focusing on programs and policies that impact the: Physical and mental readiness of the Force, Family readiness that includes advocating for accessible, robust Child & Youth programs designed to enhance mental health of our children, Readiness of the Employer. * Optimizes our operations to ensure sustainability for ROA's Second Century of service to the country through our: Business practices, Strategic communications, Expanding key relationships. *Grows our core strength of Advocacy for: The serving Reservist and their family, Employers of the Reservist, Those who served. We will continue to partner with MSO/VSO while building new relationships with other non-military related organizations such as those in Education and Health.
